When a new project takes place at the same job site, AleaRatio allows you to duplicate a previous assignment, inheriting only the relevant information (Country, address, client, suppliers, type of activity) and updating dates, employees and services. This streamlines administrative work and reduces the risk of errors.
Update without losing control
"Under Integration" mode to modify trips in progress
When a procedure is already active but needs to be modified (for example changing future dates, adding a worker, varying a supplier), AleaRatio allows you to switch the procedure to “Under Integration” mode. Changes are tracked and propagated to connected modules (risk, posting, immigration), keeping the entire compliance chain aligned.
