Within each employee’s profile, AleaRatio provides a Training Booklet that lists all risk reports related to their assignments: documents available, read, to be read, purchased, or not yet purchased by the company. The employee therefore has a single access point to the information that concerns them, following a logic of shared responsibility.

The platform allows the tracking of content usage, which is useful to demonstrate that the employee has been informed about the specific risks related to their assignments. These records integrate with the Risk Management Protocol and with the company’s internal training policies, strengthening the organization’s position from both an organizational and legal perspective.
